Grab a pen, a paintbrush, an instrument, your voice, your body and let spirit move it and groove it until you can’t move it no more.

This is living large, being fully alive, present and engaged in life!
You make the space, the creator does the rest.
You’re the vessel, the clay, the divine does the spin, it’s a win/win.
