Be inspired to lead and work from a place of well-being!
After burning out from the corporate world, I refocused my energy on getting back to the basics—growing my own food, cooking nutritious meals, exercising, meditating and learning to listen to my body. I’ve spent the last 20 years helping others find balance with lessons learned from my own health journey and the 5 Integrative Health Centers I’ve worked in.
Today, I own a successful health and wellness business, working as a Wellness Coaching Specialist, Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, Licensed HeartMath® Provider, and Reiki Master Teacher.
I create wellness curriculum’s that foster healthy, sustainable workplaces—each tailor-made to fit the unique needs of each client and company. My proven techniques reduce stress, increase performance and heal the mind, body and spirit.
I specialize in developing programs that allow businesses to invest in their employees inner wellness and boost their bottom line. My workshops result in reduced absenteeism and turnover, higher morale, improved productivity, and overall happier, healthier employees.

Increasingly, wellness programs are being included in organizations’ strategic business plans—and it’s not just the employees who are reaping the benefits. More than 150 research studies have shown that even small improvements in health outcomes produce high returns on investment for the organization.
A 2010 report by a team of Harvard University health economists http://content.healthaffairs.org/content/29/2/304.full, published in the journal Health Affairs, found that the average medical cost savings per $1.00 invested in wellness programs was $3.27. (The report’s finding was based on an analysis of more than 20 peer-reviewed ROI studies.)
Invest in your employees’ inner wellness by bringing this new program to your organization. You’ll immediately see changes in the positive ways your employees approach their tasks, fellow employees and customers–and your organization will see changes in its bottom line.

Testimonials
Our company, Wurth Snider, first worked with Kimberly May in association with our wellness program. She conducted lunch and learns for our employees on various topics. These sessions were always well received by our employees. The information was relevant and practical and she delivered the information in an engaging way.
Our company was planning on implementing a new enterprise system. This would be a huge effort. Sister companies that had made the change prior to us reported that employees experienced a great deal of stress with the change, especially at implementation time. I proposed to management that we conduct a change management program ahead of the change to better support the employees in this process. I reached out to Kimberly as an external partner for this program. Kimberly was very flexible so that together we could create and execute a program suited for our company. Kimberly conducted group meetings with employees and then with company leadership. Employees learned valuable coping mechanisms and management learned how to better support the employees through this change. The system conversion was a success!
While its never easy, stress was minimized. The implementation team that came from our parent company became aware of the program and commented on the cooperation they had received from our employee base and believed our change management efforts contributed to this. They intended to recommend that our sister companies conduct similar efforts prior to implementation. Thank you Kimberly! Sylvia Sanders, Director of Human Resources, Wurth Snider
