Hello, I am Kimberly May a Wellness Coaching Specialist, Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, Licensed HeartMath® Provider, and Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Reiki Master Teacher with 20 years’ experience working in the Wellness field—as both a business owner and wellness professional for 5 integrative health centers.
After burning out from the corporate world, I refocused my energy on getting back to the basics—growing my own food, cooking nutritious meals and learning to listen to my body.
I've spent the last 20 years helping others find balance with lessons learned from my own health journey.
